Circle - Warranty Policy
At Circle, we are committed to delivering top-quality products. Our warranty policy ensures that every product we sell is free from defects in material and workmanship that may impact its performance.
We want all Circle customers, dealers, and distributors to feel confident and proud of their Circle products. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and process for warranty claims.
Warranty Eligibility
A product is covered under warranty if the following conditions are met:
- The product must have a genuine warranty sticker or serial number, which must be intact and untampered.
- The product must not be physically damaged, tampered with, or burnt (e.g., broken corners, visible cracks, damaged connector pins, rust, water damage, burnt, etc.).
- Physical damage will be assessed by Circle Service Center.
- The product must not have been altered or modified, including any tampering with the original brand label or date.
- The product must be within the warranty period (details below).
Warranty Length by Product Category
- Gaming Cabinets: 1 Years (Carry in warranty)
- Power Supply: 3 Years (Carry in warranty)
- Keyboard and Mouse: 3 Years (Carry in warranty)
- Gaming Keyboard: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- Gaming Mouse: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- Multimedia Speaker: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- Headphone and Earphone: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- Card Reader, USB Hub: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- LED Fan: 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
- UPS:
a. 1kv :- 1 Year(Carry in warranty)
b.600va :- 2 Year(Carry in warranty)
- All Accessories (Remote/Cable/Adapter): 1 Year (Carry in warranty)
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If a product is found defective or non-functional immediately upon purchase or within 7 days of purchase, it will be treated as DOA (Dead on Arrival).
- Required Documents: A copy of the purchase invoice is required for DOA claims. If the invoice is unavailable, the warranty sticker date will be treated as the purchase date (must be intact and untampered).
- DOA Policy: If the product is confirmed defective after evaluation at Circle Service Center, a new product will be issued against the faulty product (without packaging and accessories).
- Physical Damage: If the product is physically damaged, it will not be considered DOA, even if claimed on the same day of purchase.
RMA (Return Material Authorization)
- Repair or Replacement: Circle Service Center will repair defective products and return them within 5 working days from receipt.
- Non-Repairable Products: If the product is non-repairable, Circle will provide an equivalent or upgraded product. If neither is available, a credit note will be issued based on the current market value of the product.
- Credit Note: Issued at the market rate or the invoice rate, whichever is lower.
- Transportation Damages: Products damaged during shipping (by customers or dealers) to the Service Center will be treated as out-of-warranty due to physical damage.
CID (Customer Induced Damage)
- Repairing Feasibility: Damaged products will be accepted for repair only if deemed feasible by Circle Service Center.
- Charges: If repair is possible, customers or dealers will be charged for spare parts, servicing, and repairs. All charges will be communicated in advance.
- Warranty After Repair: A 6-month warranty will be provided for repaired products under chargeable repairs.
